EASY PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

Oats | 50g

Whey protein |

Baking powder | 1/4 tsp

Cinnamon | 1 tsp

Unsweetened almond milk | 100ml

Whole egg | 1 large


METHOD

1. Blend oats until its a similar consistency to flour (you can buy oat flour but this method is fine).


2. Add protein, baking powder, egg, milk, & cinnamon to the blender and pulse until combined, resembling a batter mix


3. Heat frying pan and use low calorie spray to grease. add 1/4 of the batter per pancake and cook for approx 1 minute on each side.


4. Serve with your choice of fruit, greek yogurt, peanut butter. anything you like. just remember the calories for this recipe are for plain pancakes so you will need to track whatever you add on!
